Before demolition begins, we protect everything that is intended to remain.
Every property presents different conditions. Finished floors, elevators, corridors, millwork, stone, doors, windows, stairways and adjacent occupied areas may each require a different protection strategy.
Our team evaluates the property before work begins and develops protection systems appropriate to the environment and scope.
In highly finished environments, protection is not separate from demolition. It is part of the demolition process.
EXECUTE
Controlled demolition requires understanding what should come out — and just as importantly, what should remain.
Before work begins, our team reviews the project scope, drawings and existing conditions so demolition can proceed methodically and in the proper sequence.
Some projects require complete removal. Others require surgical demolition around finished materials, structural conditions or architectural elements intended to remain.

PREPARE
