In order to create a floating illusion on the walls, custom metal brackets were crafted, installed and concealed for all shelving, cabinetry, and counters to slide onto to create the desired effect
Custom Creations
All project millwork including the dining room table, second bathroom floating mirror niche with cabinet & lighting within;
A custom dimmable LED lighting system was created for the bookcases, requiring each wire to be individually hand-cut and hand-fabricated;
Custom gloss lacquer floating built-ins along living room wall with a custom glass protective overlay to protect the floating cabinet top
In The Details
Upon discovering unused space above the existing ceiling, the living area’s ceilings were removed & extended to add an additional 112 inches and create a new look and feel;
The second bathroom renovation enabled the installation of an adjacent washer & dryer connection system, requiring the pursuit & approval of permitting with the building
