When Halstead Real Estate wanted their office at 831 Broadway to feel more like a home, they turned to remodeler David Dynega, CEO of Detail Renovations of Great Neck. Detail Renovations provided custom millwork and glasswork that complemented the antique aesthetic while also providing a residential feel, with curves, patterns and textures. Dynega’s team also created a custom lighting system that illuminates the space, but feels more elegant than institutional.
