Collaborating with a trusted mold remediation expert, the team matched the apartment’s unique finishes and décor elements, ensuring a seamless and precise overhaul. Advanced Matterport scanning technology was used to document and replicate the original finishes, a critical step in maintaining the design’s integrity. Insurance coordination was vital to secure full coverage for the restoration, mainly since partial repairs would result in mismatched finishes.
Custom craftsmanship defined the restoration. White oak flooring was replaced and treated with an LED-cured burnishing hard wax oil finish, enhancing its beauty and durability. Venetian plaster walls were polished using advanced techniques to achieve a high-gloss, wax-free finish that prevents yellowing over time. The result was a flawless restoration that both preserved and enhanced the apartment’s original grandeur.
