Objective
Expand and modernize the original early 1930s era kitchen into a light-filled, open & airy space to accommodate the practical needs of the clients and their three children to cook and enjoy family meals in

Unique Element
A custom-cut stone was created to cap the windowsill behind the sink
Custom Creations
The farmhouse sink was custom-cut and contoured into the existing cabinetry, which was carefully removed and re-installed in the finished kitchen
In The Details
The rear and side windows were enlarged in order to allow more outside light into the space while shelving was installed above the entrance door and windows to maximize storage space
