This project simply is absolutely amazing. The apartment is a garden level brownstone located in Sunset Park, Brooklyn. Dating back to the late 1800s, the existing kitchen—complete with a butler pantry—was entirely removed to create this magnificent, bright space.
Great Neck, NY
This was a complete kitchen renovation designed by a kitchen showroom with whom we do a lot of work.
The before and after pictures demonstrate clearly that, though the layout did not change much, all of the finishes were completely updated. Additionally, the wood flooring was installed not just in the kitchen but throughout the entire home.
200 East 65th Street
New York, NY
This glass bathroom was fully renovated. All fixtures were replaced; the vanity was custom-made; and walls were covered with custom glass tiles—mix between polished glass finish and frosted glass finish—and border tiles spreading from floor to ceiling.
The crown molding was made by the same millworker to match the vanity cabinet, and we installed a small, pencil border both beneath the crown molding and above the floor. We also finished the full tile in all directions.

Bayside
Queens, NY
This bathroom was completely gutted and renovated. For this project, the client and Detail Renovations went shopping directly to showrooms for fixtures, the vanity, tiles, etc.
The vanity that the client had chosen could not fit in the bathroom. So, Detail Renovations custom made the cabinet, sized it to fit the space, applied a new finish—similar to the vanity seen in the showroom—giving the ensemble the same look-and-feel.
The vertical border was inlaid and each piece were cut irregularly to create a straight, linear look. We plucked very small pieces of tile from full sheets and filled in the gaps to help with the irregular lines.
Finally, the exotic stone was one of the last slabs in existence, which gives the space an amazing look.
