Unique Element
Sapien Stone was used to enhance the kitchen island, where most of the entertainment and conversation happens. The multifunctional island’s countertop was handmade with a thick-looking edge, drawing focus to it as the centerpiece of the living space and adding a beautiful touch to turn a cold, uninviting atmosphere into a warm, inclusive space.
Custom Creations
The visionary client, who has a background in fashion design, was prepared with great design ideas for the property. Large and small details were executed, including custom work around shower and tub with porcelain slab material and 48×48 tiles on the walls to finish the look, a hidden mirror storage, and an immaculate patterned porcelain tile with a real wood floor look. For the kitchen, a distinctive seamless countertop and sink was laminated with Sapien Stone, a beautiful and functional touch of durability.
In The Details
The customized living space puts the focus on entertaining loved ones while also offering functionality. The kitchen, as one of the main locations for conversation, was completely transformed with a laminated sink made seamless with SapienStone on the island and custom cabinetry with mirrors for additional storage, including a wine cooler. The terrazzo floors were removed and upgraded to a beautifully patterned wood finish. Bathroom walls were transformed with a combination of slab and tile to complement the rest of the renovation.
